Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่อง การบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในเขตอำเภอวังทรายพูน
จังหวัดพิจิตร มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นการบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก และเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัด
การของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในเขตอำเภอวังทรายพูน จังหวัดพิจิตร จากจำนวนกลุ่ม
ตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 211 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิตที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ สถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (¯x) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และสถิติที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าที (t-test :
Independent Samples) การทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ตามวิธีของ
Scheffe’ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในเขตอำเภอวังทราย
พูน จังหวัดพิจิตร ด้านการบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ด้านบุคลากร ด้านอาคาร สถานที่ สิ่งแวดล้อมและ
ความปลอดภัย ด้านวิชาการและกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตร ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและการสนับสนุนจากทุกภาคส่วน
และด้านส่งเสริมเครือข่ายการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยว
กับการบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตอำเภอวังทรายพูน จังหวัดพิจิตร ทั้ง 6
ด้าน จำแนกตามตำแหน่งพบว่า ตำแหน่งแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการศูนย์ฯ ในภาพรวม
แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนา
เด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตอำเภอวังทรายพูน จังหวัดพิจิตร ทั้ง 6 ด้าน จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา
พบว่าระดับการศึกษาแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการศูนย์ฯ ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ
ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 The purposes of this research on child development center management by local
administrative organizations in the area of Wang Sai Phoon District, Phichit Province were to explore the
opinions in relation to child development center management and to make the comparative study of child
development center management by local administrative organizations in the area of Wang Sal Phoon
District, Phichit Province with categorization according to the positions and educational qualifications.
The sample group consisted of 211 persons including the head of child development centers, teachers
and child development center committee. The questionnaire on child development center management
by local administrative organizations in the area of Wang Sai Phoon District. Phichit Province was used
as the research tool. The scope of this study covered 6 areas: 1. management, 2.personnel. 3. Buildings,
facilities and environment, 4. academic affairs and curriculum-based activities. 5. participation and support
of all parties, and 6. Promotion of early childhood development networks. The statistical tools for data
analysis were percentage, mean (X), and standard deviation (S.D.), while the statistical tools for
hypothesis testing Included t-test (Independent Samples), One-way ANOVA and Scheffe's Method for
Multiple Comparisons. According to the research results. it was found that 1. The overview of child
development center management by local administrative organizations in the area of Wang Sai Phoon
District. Phichit Province was at an intermediate level in all 6 areas: management; personnel; buildings.
facilities. environment and safety of child development centers; academic affairs and curriculum-¬based
activities; participation and support of all parties; and promotion of early childhood development networks.
When considering in each area. an intermediate level in all areas was found with the exception of the
academic affairs and curriculum-based activities, which gained a high level of opinions. 2. The sample
group with different positions and educational qualifications had different opinions towards child
development center management by local administrative organizations in the area of Wang Sai Phoon
District. Phichit Province with statistically significant level of .05. When considering in each area. the
difference of child development center management by local administrative organizations in the area
of Wang Sai Phoon District. Phichit Province was also found with statistically significant level of .05 in
all areas.
